What we collect
When you book a session we collect your name, email, phone number, session preferences, service address for in-home sessions, and the health intake and waiver information you choose to provide. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store them.
Advertising measurement
We advertise on Google. When you arrive from an ad, your browser may carry click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid) and campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content). We store these in your browser for up to 90 days and attach them to the booking so we know which campaign produced it.
We also record page views and the steps of a booking (scheduling a slot, starting checkout, completing a purchase, tapping call or WhatsApp) and share those events with Google Ads and Google Analytics for two purposes: measuring advertising performance and optimizing our campaigns. We never send health information, symptoms, pain descriptions, or intake answers to any advertising platform.
Your choice
Visitors in regions that require consent (the EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Brazil) see a banner before any advertising cookie or event is used, and nothing is shared until they accept. Declining is as easy as accepting, and you can change your mind at any time.
Residents of certain US states may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising by declining in the cookie settings above or by emailing us.
Who receives data
Service providers that process data on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Google (advertising measurement and analytics), our email delivery provider (booking confirmations and reminders), and our hosting and database provider. We do not sell your personal information.
