These terms apply to bookings and purchases from Rodrigo Method NYC. Please review them before purchasing a session or plan.
Services
Rodrigo Method NYC provides performance-focused recovery and bodywork sessions. Sessions are not medical care, diagnosis or medical treatment and do not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Results vary; no particular outcome is guaranteed.
Booking and intake
Sessions are subject to availability. Review your selected session, location, date and time before completing your booking. You must complete the health intake and sign the waiver before payment. Provide accurate information and discuss health concerns with a healthcare professional before participating.
Payments
Prices and any applicable charges are shown before payment. Payments are processed through Stripe. Review the checkout total before confirming your purchase. These terms do not change the price or conditions displayed for your selected session or plan.
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
At least 12 hours of notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations are non-refundable. Same-week rescheduling is subject to availability. For cancellation, rescheduling or other refund questions, contact us using the details below. Nothing in these terms limits rights provided by applicable law.
Monthly plans
If you choose a recurring plan, review its billing frequency and session allowance before subscribing. You may cancel before renewal to stop future renewals. Contact us for questions about your current plan, session credits or billing. The conditions shown for your selected plan apply.
Session locations
Studio sessions take place in Manhattan. In-home sessions are available in Manhattan and Brooklyn. For in-home sessions, provide an accurate service address and approximately 6 by 8 feet of clear floor space. Location details are confirmed during booking.
